This beautiful thatched-roof house impresses with large windows that provide the interior with plenty of natural daylight and also offer an enchanting view of the heathland. Light-coloured furniture, high wooden ceilings and the crackling wood-burning stove create a cosy atmosphere that you can enjoy during harmonious meals and cosy games evenings. Look forward to cooking in the evening and treat yourself to a cosy bath in the whirlpool after a long day in the fresh sea air.
On sunny days, your open terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast in the open air. Let your gaze wander over the picturesque landscape and chat about your experiences over a glass of wine in the evening.
Take long walks along the endless sandy beaches, visit the Blåvandshuk Fyr lighthouse or cycle through the Vesterhavet nature reserve. Visit the Tirpitz Museum, located in a former bunker, and discover the charming harbour town of Esbjerg with its fishing and maritime museum. Take part in a seal or amber safari and sample regional specialities in a cosy restaurant in Blåvand.

Het huis is van zichzelf prima: royale keuken en woonkamer. Goede ligging ook, aan de rand van Blavand: hierdoor vrij uitzicht over de heide.
Voor een huis in deze prijscategorie zijn er echter enkele zaken niet op orde:
- De bedden zijn van middelmatige kwaliteit.
- Een ruime jacuzzi is leuk, na het laten vollopen is echter de boiler compleet leeg waardoor er geruime tijd geen warm water in het huis is.
- De parasolvoet was bij ons verblijf kapot.
- Minimale keukenuitrusting, bijvoorbeeld slechts 1 koekenpan.
- Erg lichtdoorlatende raambekleding in de slaapkamers.
- Niet goed werkende lamellen voor de grote glaspartij in de keuken. Tevens ontbraken er meerdere lamellen.
Verder was het huis verre van schoon toen wij arriveerden: de dag na aankomst hebben we ruim een uur stof gezogen, kasten stofvrij gemaakt etc.
Meer dan 3 sterren kan ik er omwille van bovenstaande niet van maken.
