Gemütliches Häuschen im Wald
Gemütliches Ferienhaus in einer Siedlung im Wald ( man ist aber trotzdem unter sich da es viele hohe Hecken und Sträucher gibt). Tolle Lage und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand und zur Promenade. Sehr Empfehlenswert.
Wenn es etwas gibt dann sind es die wenigen und schlechten Fahrradwege, aber dafür kann he der Vermieter nichts.

Perfekter Urlaub zu zweit oder zu dritt, kleines Häuschen mit viel Komfort und moderner Einrichtung.
Häuschen ist idyllisch in einem kleinen waldgebiet gelegen mit anderen Häusern auf naheliegenden grundstücken. Ein Fußweg von 3 Minuten und man ist am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 5 Minuten autofahrt. Zwei Fahrräder sind inkludiert und können jederzeit genutzt werden. Ein hochwertiger holzkohlegrill ist vorhanden. Netter außenbereich mit elektrischer /wettergesteuerter Markise. Alle Fenster sind mit Fliegen/Mückengittern versehen. Der Badezimmerbereich wurde, sowie der Rest des Hauses erst vor kurzem renoviert. Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung. Großes Waschbecken und ausreichend große Dusche sind vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, stehen einem mit Rat und Tat beiseite.
Leider ist keine geschirrspülmaschine vorhanden und auch WLAN ist nicht vorhanden. Jedoch beträgt die Downloadrate des örtlichen Mobilfunkanbieters, der D-Netz Qualität, bis zu 200 mbits. (Vodafone/ D1) O2 und Co. bei ca. 25mbits. Total ausreichend, da braucht man kein festes WLAN.
