Location is great.
Outlook/view was very relaxing.
Basic comforts all catered for.
Villa looks tired/old.
Cooking facilities (bbq or electric frypan) not ideal.
Bathroom - shelf in shower unusable as it is angled down.

Central location to all main parts of the hunter valley
The beds were few single beds pushed together to make a queen/king, which slid around when tossing and turning. The fly screen in the bathroom wasn’t all the way to the bottom which caused issues with bugs and mosquitoes at night. The kitchen facilities were quite small and could do with being renewed.

No toaster on arrival
Filthy balcony and no action to clean in spite of advising
No TV instructions so unable to get some channels
Crockery out of reach of (not unusually) short people
No tissues or kitchen paper
Drawers could not be used
meals at the Bistro were mixed - some very good but Caesar Salad with an acid dressing was inedible
