Location is great.
Outlook/view was very relaxing.
Basic comforts all catered for.
Villa looks tired/old.
Cooking facilities (bbq or electric frypan) not ideal.
Bathroom - shelf in shower unusable as it is angled down.

Central location to all main parts of the hunter valley
The beds were few single beds pushed together to make a queen/king, which slid around when tossing and turning. The fly screen in the bathroom wasn’t all the way to the bottom which caused issues with bugs and mosquitoes at night. The kitchen facilities were quite small and could do with being renewed.

The location was beautiful
The pillows were. It comfy at all there was a bit of a musty smell from a water issue somewhere and also there was a constant hum in the bedroom.
Would have been nice to be able to watch the tv from the bedroom I think the tv should be swapped with the lounge.
The spa bath was not working and the balcony needed a clean.
