Very comfortable room with good beds, mattresses, and cotton bedding. The pyjamas were very comfortable. Nice seating area, refrigerator and convenient location a few minutes away from the Kumamoto castle and a nice shopping arcade. We were mistaken about the checkout time, thinking it was 12:00 but it was in fact 10:00. We apologised and they said it was all right.
The mini fridge was too cold, my milk was frozen solid in the morning! Soaked it in hot water in the sink, which solved the issue.
