A single-story stand-alone villa, located in the beautiful private community of Polynesian Gardens, on the tropical barrier island of Siesta Key, Fl. The peaceful tranquility of Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is the perfect place to call home while relaxing & renewing on Siesta Key.
Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is equipped with the modern convenience of home including a pull out sofa for additional guests, wireless High-Speed Internet, HD TV's and an outdoor smoker/gill. The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, a half-bath en-suite, and an attached screened in private lanai, perfect for reading or enjoying the afternoon rain showers. The guest bedroom features one queen bed, stylish décor, and a large closet, perfect for additional guests or children.
Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community which features shady streets, a large well-kept pool, clubhouse, and private dock. Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is steps away from the Private Polynesian Gardens Dock, allowing easy access for you to spend the day fishing or watching the sunset.
Siesta Villa Laughing Gull is a short walk to the beach, and all supplies needed for the perfect beach day are provided. The Crescent Beach Access is one-half of a mile south, and Siesta Beach is just under a mile north of the Siesta Villa Laughing Gull. The white sand beach shoreline connects the beaches from Point of Rocks to the Siesta Beach Pavilion, and then all the way to the Siesta Village.
The large heated pool for the Polynesian Garden residents and guests is steps away and provides the perfect setting for swimming and relaxing. The pool is surrounded by majestic oak trees which provides additional shade when needed and the tranquility of a peaceful setting.

What's provided for your stay: Have fun at the beach with chairs, coolers, umbrellas, toys and more, pre-stocked into the villa prior to your arrival. Each residence has their own Property Liaison to ensure any problems or concerns will be resolved in an effective and timely manner.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at time of booking.
**Reservations During the months of Jan-March must be for the beginning of the month to the end. Reservations that do not meet this time requirement may be canceled.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.
Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.
Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.

Thoughtfully designed & decorated cottage made us feel right at home. Stocked with all the standards of home which made it even better. The house is right across the street from the private pool entrance, very convenient! Neighborhood is private and feels extremely safe. Public beach access is a short walk or quick drive away. Plenty of shops and restaurants a quick golf cart ride away … highly suggest renting one! The overall location is perfect IMO as you’re close enough to get to everything quickly but just far enough away to get a good nights sleep.

The house was as described in the listing. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cozy. The bathroom could use an update but nothing is perfect. The screened in porch of the master bedroom was a great place to relax and enjoy the warm weather. The kitchen was one of the best equipped out of any other similar places we have stayed.
We loved the location/layout of the Polynesian Gardens complex. There are about 70 single story units in the location and it's like a little village all on it's own with quite small streets lined with mature trees and foliage in the complex that we strolled every morning and night. This layout from our exploration of the area was unique to the Siesta Key area. The pool area in the complex was fantastic and large. They also have pier on the channel side that was a great place to watch life go by.
Some of the downsides of the area are the gulf side beach access is very limited. The closest public beach access is about a 1/2 mile or slightly more and there is very limited beach area there for public use. Siesta beach which is one of the nicest and largest beaches we have been to but is approx. 1.25 miles away. You must get to the Siesta beach early AM if you want to park.
We went in March (Spring Break Time) and the traffic can be horrendous so be prepared!
Overall it is a great place to stay and we would stay there again.
