Pretty pleasant stay

The check-in/out office was quite away by walking. The service in the office, however, was very kind and attentive.

Superb

Clean, very good for a family with 2 little children. 15 minutes till beach, supermarkets in the neighborhood. Many people speak both german and english.

The remote control from parking place didn't work and when I contacted the service I received answer in polnisch. But we managed all.

A lovely apartment, but holiday RUINED by p#ss poor management from sun and snow

Apartment was modern and stylish. Location was great, only a 25 minute walk to the beach. Pretty good value for money considering we stayed during the high season.

Sun and snow are by far the worst company I have ever come across when booking a holiday rental. Their customer service and organisational skills are absolute atrocious, and I wouldn't trust them to order a p$#s up in a brewery! I specifically ordered an apartment where dogs were allowed, which had parking included, Internet included, etc... and none of these things were available to me. After booking the accommodation which SPECIFICALLY allowed dogs, they messaged me to tell me that my dog couldn't come, and that if I cancelled my booking they would take all of my money and not provide me a refund, even though they denied me what was promised during the time of booking. Then, on the day of check in, they phoned me to say that my card details were incorrect (they weren't, because I had updated them on booking.com and the card has been verified and accented), and that they would cancel my booking in a few hours time. All this company does is STRESS YOU OUT, which you don't need when you go on holiday. Also, they didn't give us the apartment I booked, they gave me a different apartment, there was no Internet, even though it was advertised as included. There was no working washing machine, and there was no parking, despite them telling me that parking was available. Also, very dodgy, is that they asked for city tax, to be paid in CASH ONLY, even though the City tax is included in the booking.com price you pay. They said it was to pay for the air I breathe... utter b#@llocks!! AVOID AVOID AVOID this terrible company!

Zu viel Geld abgebucht, schlechte Koordination der Verwaltung und Zentrale, Betten zu schmal

Wir hatten 2 Apartments in den Häusern 11b und 17b. Die Lage war gut, die Anlage ist ca 15-20 Minuten von beiden Stränden entfernt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Bäckereien sind in der Nähe. Die Wohnungen waren sauber, in der Wohnung 17b fehlte die Waschmaschine und der Geschirrspüler, sonst war die Ausstattung modern und freundlich.

Die Organisation der Verwaltung lässt sich zu wünschen übrig. Die Wohnungen stehen bei booking.com als haustierfreundlich. Deswegen haben wir uns für diese Wohnungen entschieden, da wir unseren kleinen Hund mitnehmen wollten. Nach der Buchung wird uns plötzlich schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass in den Apartments keine Hunde erlaubt sind. Nach hin- und herschreiben, sollten wir die Zentrale anrufen und es mit dem Hund klären, wir wurden mehrfach durchgestellt, Deutsch hat leider auch keiner gesprochen, also wurde uns doch mündlich auf Englisch mitgeteilt, dass wir den Hund doch gegen Gebühr mitnehmen dürfen. Dann habe ich festgestellt, dass von meiner Kreditkarte mehr Geld abgebucht wurde, als bei Booking.com stand. Also müsste ich vor dem Einzug nochmal zur 5 km von der Wohnung entfernter Verwaltung fahren um es klären, geholfen wurde mir nicht, ich wurde wieder auf die Zentrale verwiesen, wo ich die Angelegenheit nochmal auf Englisch klären sollte. Die Differenz wurde erst Wochen nach Schreiberei erstattet. Entspannten Urlaub würde ich es nicht nennen, da ich für 3 Tage Aufenthalt mehrere Tage noch alle Ungereimtheiten klären musste... Außerdem sind die Doppelbetten in den Apartments nur 1,40 m breit, zu zweit drin schlafen ist ziemlich eng, gut erholt wacht man nicht auf.

Lokalizacja , aranżacja mieszkania , jego rozstaw. Duży balkon z miejscem do wypoczynku -👍.

Uwielbiam Kołobrzeg więc sam pobyt uważam za udany.

Apartament na ulicy Rybackiej 11d/14 w Kołobrzegu wymaga konkretnego sprzątania. Osoba która się tym zajmuje kompletnie się do tego nie przykłada.

Ładny apartament, tylko odbiór kodów do niego słaby.

Ładny i przestronny apartament. Czysty i zadbany. Duzy taras.

Dużym minusem jest to, ze trzeba jechać po kody do drzwi, zapłacić opłatę klimatyczną i kaucję do biura, które znajduje się 4,6km od apartamentu. Dodatkowo przy biurze nie ma gdzie zaparkować (wszystko zajęte). Warto też zainwestować w oświetlenie - w łazience jest półmrok.

Apartament super ale czystości masakra.

Z apartamentu mieliśmy wszystko bardzo blisko i to był super plus.

Niestety czystości w apartamencie zostawia wiele do życzenia w toalecie brudna muszla klozetowa w sypialni pajeczyny na łapie i kurz na meblach naczyń w kuchni musieliśmy umyć wszystkie sami bo były brudne i lepiące oraz piasek i włosy w szufladach.

Mittelmäßig.nicht so gerne nochmal.

Check inn war um 16 Uhr..wir haben ein Code um 15 .45 Uhr erhalten.leider ging das schlüsselfach nicht auf.Der Hausmeisters musste erstmal kommen, daher mussten wir 1h warten und sind erst um17uhr ins Zimmer bei vollem Preis. Was ich schon eine Zumutung finde.Keine Entschädigung dafür. booking hat auch nicht mehr geantwortet.würde da nicht nochmal hin.die Zimmer sind sehr klein.im Badezimmer ist die Badewanne so hochgebaut, wo man beim rübersteigen stolpern kann.nicht praktisch gebaut. Zu Fuss zum Strand sind es auch ca 20min. Sorry für die Bewertung, aber für mich ist es ein No Go, wenn man nicht pünktlich ins Zimmer kann.Check inn Zeit war schon sowieso sehr spät um16uhr.
