Location is the best in this apartment.
There was strange smell in the apartment, it was not cleanest, air conditioner was not working upon arrival (they fixed iz after a few calls).

All the booking and check in went very smoothly, thanks to David and his wife, and Robert and Vikki. we arrived early and Robert came straight away to let us in and show us around. Perfect location, easy walking distance from the train station and a short stroll to the lake, but the location was nice and quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, air-conditioning in the living room, nice powerful shower, well equipped kitchen. TV with a couple of English speaking channels, great facilities, indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi on site. Spar shop about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Great location. Pleasant hosts. We also loved welles. Beautiful city.
It was not well cleaned, dust, spiders. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, there was a drawer for a man's shaving machine. The next apartment was housed by a dog that barking at night.
