We liked everything. The location, cleanliness, exist what we needed, comfortable, easy and secure access to the property, nice view.
Would be better to put at least also a folding table to have breakfast. The one in the balcony is too low and not comfortable to sit and eat in hot summer mornings.

I was massively disappointed as the photo above led me to think we had a kitchen etc! The reality was we had china and crockery etc in our wardrobe - no kitchen. That belonged to the other apartment but wasn’t very clear when booking. Once we had realised this and asked for some more equipment, the staff were helpful and tried to accommodate us. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was in a good location for the beach etc.
I felt mislead by the listing and feel this needs to be made clearer

The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and light , with nice views .
The kitchenette was a bit lacking , would have liked a microwave for heating food up and the ice shelf didn’t have ice cube trays . Squeaky old cupboard could be replaced with something more modern and more utensils. We would have liked more things to make visits to the beach better , beach towels , folding chairs . These would help the overseas visitors .

A wonderful place to stay in Menton! Rooms area spacious, clean, well designed and the balcony was perfect for breakfast / relaxing. Great location to town, very close but also you feel like you’re out of the way of the tourist area. Very close to train station. Would highly recommend this place!
