Everything, was just perfect

Not sure if it’s a daily thing didn’t see them clean the balconies in front of the rooms which should be cleaned daily as too many dry plants and leaves.

It’s a serene place which provides the necessary peace of mind in today’s chaos Especially the river and water flowing through the property make it an excellent choice to stay

Hardly any negatives to point out if you looking for pure nature there

The staff are wonderful & they are what makes this place. Vicky went out of his way to help us & guide us around Chamba. He also organised a very special ceremony for us & we had a lovely evening with him singing karaoke. The chef made us a delicious dinner for my birthday & Surinder was incredibly helpful. The Manager Magandeep was so nice. I can’t fault them at all. The accommodation is basic but comfortable enough if you choose the right option. There are 2 levels to the house. The lower level has a family room & below that a double. Both these rooms are close to the river so were quite dark & damp & the weir rushes down beside them making a lot of noise. The bathrooms are basic. The better option is above the kitchen & is a family maisonette which is nice & has more modern bathrooms & a nice terrace. The house is in a beautiful position by a river with walks to the villages & a lovely community. It is a unique place to stay & a great experience but in my opinion the lower rooms need improvement.
