Chloraka Terrace Apartments

Very clean and very good service

Overall everything was great or was made great by Marios the man who runs the compound facility services. The apartment, was adequate in size, it was thoroughly cleaned, the swimming pool was of proper size (not just a small paddle of water some other compounds have as swimming pools) and the water of the swimming pool was always crystal clear. The area around the pool was kept clean and tidy. There were no noisy residents and the nights were quiet and tranquil. and anything that someone might want (restaurants, supermarkets, beaches, etc.) was just a few minutes drive away.

1. The elevator was not working (it has been like that for more than a year now) and I had to carry to the 2nd floor all my families suitcases and later on my families shopping (heavy items like water bottle canisters were a real challenge). 2. The edges of the swimming pol were very sharp. My boy skinned his knee on that, and also a inflated plastic crocodile was cut by that edge and destroyed.

The location was good

Wasn’t very clean and the pictures displayed are not accurate at all, our room wasn’t clean and we had to wait for it to be ‘cleaned’ and the pool was dirty and the host said he hasn’t had time to get it sorted yet
