Amazing pool (worth staying there for this pool, quiet, clean, and you can see the stars at night) friendly and knowledgeable owner. Quiet location not far from the town/beach (about 10min drive).
Property/room needs a bit update, especially the shower. The building itself is gorgeous! and the balcony with the Hammeke is amazing.
Also, it is about time to fix the driveway leading to the hotel.

This hotel is in a beautiful location, on a hill, right next to the jungle. You can wake up to the sounds of birds and howler monkeys! The rooms are simple and functional, and balconies have a hammock and rocking chair, just what I needed for my early morning quiet routine.
I loved everything!! It is best if you have a car as Montezuma is a few minutes drive away. You can’t really walk to Montezuma as the road has no sidewalk and a lot of turns so it is dangerous to walk.

Juan and Sonia could not do any more for us!! Superb hosts, which we did not find everywhere we stayed. Our room was spacious, with a large balcony (perfect for someone like me who practices yoga every morning!). The bed was huge, very comfortable and AC great. All our fellow guests we spoke to agree with our comments!!
