'Huul Kiin' is a Mayan word meaning 'sunshine', and that word does justice to this house as you can enjoy beautiful sunrises in the comfort of your bed or in the evening sitting in front of the terrace sea, beautiful sunsets.
Casa “Huul Kiin”” was renewed by Architerture Ana laura Franco for her mon, with the best material typical to Yucatan. Spacious stone walls, to give extra warmth to the house. casa Huul Kiin has many windows to enjoy a beautiful views of the sea, sand and coconut palms.
With 2 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms situated right on the white sandy beach of Chelem.
This fishing town of 5500 people boasts the best and widest beach
on the north Yucatan coast. There is a terrace on the beachside for
you to have a party, relax and watch the waves, cruise ships that
sail by and the dolphins that swim and jump meters out of the water
and visible by the naked eye.
The interior of the house includes a living room with a TV, DVD, sky
(similar to HBO), stereo, and furniture.
A dining room table that seats 6.
The kitchen with an excellent view of the beach and pool. It is complete with
refrigerator,stove with 4 burners and oven, microwave,blender,coffe
pot,toaster,dishes,glasses,utensils,spaciouscupboards All kitchen utensils are completely.
There are 2 bedrooms:
The first room has king size bed, ceiling fans, air conditioning,
and ocean view with a beautiful private terrace.This room have a security box and private bathroom.
The second room has a full size bed, a ceiling fan, closet, With an excellent view of the coconut palms typical of the region and ocean view .
There are linens and towels. Both bedrooms have hooks for hanging
hammocks, and there are 2 hammocks on the property.
Hot and cold water in both bathrooms and kitchen.,fully furnished house
The back side of the house has a place for some cars and a garden of palm
trees where you can enjoy the cool evenings.
A wonderful Mayan pool with a great ocena view!!! Next to the pool you have an amazing Palapa, You can take a delicious nap in our PALAPA! and cook at a new Barbacue.....
Appliances and full security on the doors and windows.
Television and DVD provided for free..

Our stay at Cassa Huul Kiin was every thing we expected.The host Lizette could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Any problems that we encountered (which were few) were resolved very quickly.The unit is located less than a minutes walk to the beach.We would recommend Cassa Huul Kiin to future guests without reservation.

Wow!!! The home is very well equipped with all you need in a kitchen, swimming pool, outdoor living in front of the home on the ocean & outdoor living in the back allowing for more privacy but still with a small ocean view. You are about 30 big steps to the oceans edge with constant ocean waves! Location is fabulous but if you don’t have a car bring your walking legs! Walking is our thing so for us the location was everything we wanted! Just when you think it can’t get any better, the Hosts are absolutely amazing! Lizette was always fast to respond to any request or question! We rent through VRBO often & having never had such fantastic hosts.

we had such a good time there! the location is phenomenal, communication with the owners is a breeze, and the place had everything we needed. the area is quiet, and we had the beach to ourselves practically the entire time. lizette and her husband were the bests hosts we ever had, we got in late and they waited to greet us! would stay there again, and again, and again.

We stayed at Casa Hull Kiin for two weeks and loved every minute. We flew into Cancun and drove with a rental car to Chelem. A long but easy drive. The beach house was great, exactly like the pictures. Lizette met us at the house with warm greetings and wine and went over the basics. The house was well equipped, everything we needed was there hairdryer, iron etc. The beach and pool were perfect. We spent many a morning/evening on the front terrace watching the sun rise and set. We cooked a lot and found everything we needed as far as cookware, dishes and cutlery. Chelem is well located and we explored the area extensively. Dzibilchaltun, Ek-Balam, Izamal, Hacienda Yaxcopoil, Valladolid, Uxmal and Merida were all an easy drive away. We found groceries in Progreso and Merida. We are vegetarians and thought we might find it a challenge but we found food at some of the local restaurants (check out the Bistro Masaai Maya's pizza) and lots of food at grocery stores to cook ourselves. Lizette was very helpful through the whole process, booking, directions, check-in/out etc. She also provided a great list of local attractions to help plan our visit. We would definitely stay at this rental again it was a great value and was perfect place for our vacation.
