General a great property with a lovely walk to the lift. Use the superb lockers at the bottom of the lift to limit ski

Very clean and comfortable

Slightly minimal crockery No oven Power can shut off when using kettle and hob. Apparently common in Italy. Easy to work around

L’assenza del parcheggio e di una ski room . C’era scritto che c’era nella lavanderia ma dalle indicazioni non abbiamo capito dove fosse.

La posizione, la tranquillità del luogo, la comodità di accesso all'appartamento tramite codice, i prodotti per il bagno di ottima qualità, il balcone

Sarebbero da sostituire le padelle antiaderenti e ho trovato scomoda la posizione della tv, che avrei preferito appesa alla parete, magari con un braccio per orientarla dove si vuole.

Piccolo ma confortevole, pulito, funzionale, vicino al centro

Qualche incomprensione con la reception. Avevamo comunicato l'ora di arrivo ma il locale sarebbe stato disponibile solo dopo qualche ora. Ci hanno più volte chiesto i documenti, che avevamo già inviato online. Non era chiaro che dovevamo passare prima a Riva Valdobbia.
