Totale privacy del quartiere in cui è inserito il complesso ricettivo; appartamento dotato di ogni confort, dal frigorifero molto capiente, al forno a microonde, passando per tostapane, brocche, caraffe, fornelli con piano cottura a induzione; il gioiello incastonato di questo alloggio (3A) è una camera-armadio ampia all'inverosimile; bagno attrezzatissimo, con doccia (enorme) all'avanguardia.
Aprendo la finestra entrano subito molte mosche, ma non è colpa di nessuno.
