Conveniently located, close to good hikes, not far from Innsbruck.

A good combination of a convenient location and excellent property

It is not really a problem as such, but we found the apartment to be a bit cold for our liking. We would prefer it to be a bit warmer. We stayed there in the summer so the heating did not really switch on and the building itself is massive and does not heats up during the day. Like I’ve said, not a problem at all.

Perfect place to stay for ski touring

The apartment has plenty of room, more than enough for 4 persons. It is very comfortable and modern. It is located perfectly for ski touring, right in the middle of 3 valleys. The kapferer family will help you enjoy your stay as much as they can, they are very friendly. Price is very reasonnable given the quality of our stay in Gries Im Sellrain.

Appartamento molto bello, arredato con gusto e dotato di ogni comfort , camere grandi e spaziose, e letti molto comodi. I proprietari anche se non parlano inglese si sono rivelati molto gentili e disponibili.

Trattandosi di un appartamento seminterrato risulta avere solo piccole finestre e non è molto luminoso, ma per noi non è stato un problema dal momento che c'è la possibilità di utilizzare il giardino esterno. Il wifi funziona poco.

Schöner, entspannter Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Wir haben an Weihnachten 3 Nächte im Appartement Kapferer verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Appartment ist geräumig, sehr sauber und mit mit allem ausgestatteten, was man für einen Kurzurlaub brauchen kann. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und lädt zu längeren Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein. Sogar Schlitten haben wir nutzen können... Die inklusive "Welcome Card" bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur vergünstigten Nutzung der regionalen Fremdenverkehrs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten.

Stupendo!

L'appartamento si trova in un paesino molto carino, attorno si possono trovare un piccolo supermercato, un distributore di latticini, un bar e anche una pista con lo skilift ottima per principianti e bambini. La casa è veramente molto bella, arredata con cura e molto spaziosa. A poca distanza si può raggiungere il centro di Innsbruck che merita sicuramente una visita. L'host è veramente una persona gentilissima, super accogliente e disponibile, torneremo sicuramente!
