Im afraid the noise carried over from adjacent bars - NOTHING TO DO WITH ELITE WORLD. even with balcony doors closed, at times it sounded as though the singer was at the foot of my bed, in my bedroom with his / her microphone. As it was NOT something organised by the hotel itself, Elite World have little option to help with this.

The food was usually very good but not very diverse. The snack bar was delicious and had good The staff were super nice and helpful. They prepared special crepes and desserts for our friend who had diabetes. The drink service in the restaurant was quick. Guest relations answered all of our questions and was helpful.
The bathroom ventilation didn't work and it always smelled moisture. The first days, room cleaning was not very good but later it got better after we asked for better cleaning.

Location is very central and so close to the beach. There are 3 nights of entertainment a week. The offering of drinks is good and the snack bar did delicious pizzas and fried chicken. The Asian themed night was so varied and so much choice for a vegetarian.
Housekeeping wasn't great, it wasn't clear what thr cut off point was for them to clean the room and they were extremely loud in the mornings cleaning the hallway.
The balcony doors were very good but unfortunately if you're on the sides near the bars it can be well into the early hours before you can grt to sleep as they're obnoxiously loud and mostly empty so might be a nice touch to add ear plugs to the rooms.
