Assez vétuste et niveau sécurité la porte qui protège l’escalier s’ouvre vers le bas , et les barres qui protège l’escalier trop ajouré avec un petit d’un an assez mince passe entre les planches obligé de mettre des couettes

Il y a une superbe vue sur St Lary
L’appartement n’a aucune isolation phonique, c’est un enfer. Il n’y a pas de place pour cuisiner, il manque un peu d’équipement.
