We loved staff, pool and food, but would have appreciated comfy beds and refurbished bathroom.
We loved the staff! Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Very few spoke English but really made an effort to help out with anything we asked about. The breakfast was typical Italian with lots of sweets, which was superappreciated by our kids. Us parents would have appreciated a little bit more fruit and perhaps some veggies. The pool was so nice, very clean and fresh. We spent a lot of time there, and there was a lot of activities centered around the pool.
The beds were a problem, they were just not comfortable. Very hard to sleep on and that comes from two adults who weigh less than 65 kg. The bathroom was clean but probably built in the 70-ies. Minor updates would have really increased the experience.

Strand Super Putzfrau top der Rest war zu vergessen
Die Nähe zum Strand und die Reinigungskraft hat sich sehr bemüht
Alles wer schlecht behandelt oder anders gar nicht behandelt werden will der fahrt dort hin wir als Österreicher wurden gar nicht wahrgenommen bin gefühlt nach dem einchecken 5 mal zur Rezeption da keine Infos mitgeteilt wurden. Am 1 Tag war gar kein Tisch für uns frei beim Frühstück haben wir bis zu 30 Minuten auf den Kaffee nach wiederholten bestellen gewartet dann sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen wie gesagt Strand war echt super aber wer Service erwartet fahrt in ein anderes Hotel

Ho soggiornato 3 notti presso l'hotel Tokio Beach con mia figlia e mi sono trovata benissimo.
La buona offerta tutto compreso che ho trovato qui su booking. Molto puliti tutti gli ambienti, attenzione al cliente al primo posto, cibo in abbondanza e molto buono, gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto il personale! Spiaggia compresa nell'offerta e a un passo dall'hotel! Complimenti! Se ne avrò la possibilità ci tornerò sicuramente!
