Exceptional

Amazing, practical space with perfect views! The facilities are great with lots of kitchen equipment, high tech entertainment system. Lots of seating and space to chill out inside and by the pool. Every bedroom had an en-suite which was clean, tidy and spacious. Could not have asked for more!

Location is a little remote and you would need a car. However, this did not affect our stay at all.

Très bon séjour dans une villa parfaitement dimensionnée pour 5 couples de séniors actifs

D'abord l'accueil par Suzanne, son dynamisme et son efficacité, puis son accompagnement par SMS et téléphone. Le calme du site. Les volumes de la villa et l'agrément de sa terrasse / piscine. Le niveau d'équipement.

L'odeur de moisi dans les chambres (très forte dans certaines) du fait de l'absence de ventilation. L'état du chemin d'accès. La complexité du système audio/vidéo sans notice d'explication simplifiée (Suzanne en avait heureusement fait une présentation générale). L'adresse indiquée dans l'annonce Booking n'est pas la même que l'adresse réelle, ce qui nous a troublé.

À éviter si vous souhaitez des vacances en paix!

À la maison d’Inna, les problèmes commencent avant même d’avoir franchi le pas de la porte. À peine notre séjour réservé, nous recevons un message des propriétaires nous annonçant que nous devons payer l’électricité alors que c’est écrit l’inverse sur la location (a priori pour compenser le fait que nous aurions eu une réduction…). La réservation étant non annulable, pas le choix que d’accepter. S’en suivent d’innombrables échanges avec la manager de la maison pour préparer la maison… il faut tout prévoir jusqu’à qui va occuper quelle chambre a l’avance. Une pression nous est mise pour l’utilisation de chacun des équipements avec notre caution qui en dépend (700€ pour le week end). La maison est jolie mais un peu décevante car les équipements notamment de la cuisine sont très désuets. En outre les chambres, notamment celles du bas sont froides et humides. La piscine qui devait être chauffée ne l’était pas et pas possible de le faire ! Clou du spectacle, lors du check out on nous accuse d’avoir abîmé le robot et la piscine car nous avons simplement sorti le robot pour que les enfants (courageux malgré l’eau froide) puissent se baigner , ainsi que l’exigent toutes les règles de sécurité. Bref un week end qui se voulait reposant et qui ne l’a pas été. À éviter absolument si vous voulez être en paix.
