This is my second time staying here. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, gyms, and public transport nearby. I also love being able to go for a run along the river all the way to Marina Bay Sands. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mary, who has been wonderful since day one. I’ll definitely stay here again!
The only downside is that it’s often fully booked, so it can be difficult to find available dates which I guess says a lot about how good it is! 😅

The check in process was very seamless, given everything was virtual and digital. they sent the details right on time before i got to the hotel. Also i found Mary Shannen, who very helpful and receptive, and she showed me around the hotel, and answered all my queries and clarification. The location of the late was also very ideal, walking distance to almost all of my business engagements,and top it all, walking distance to some of Singapore's main and biggest attractions.
The Taxi pick up and drop off spot seemed to be right on road after the south bridge. Found that abit hazardous.
