It was well furnished, with all amenities - basic utensils with induction and water boiler, so you can make your own coffee and probably eggs, etc. There was cutlery, tissue rolls, laundry powder with laundry on floor, toiletries, equipped cupboard with iron and iron board, hangers, and a locker, not to forget the hair dryer. The view from our room was amazing!! Our app key wasn't working - but the host/team were very helpful and prompt in helping us with a temp physical access key on spot, and later helped us with the app key, all within under 30 mins of us reporting the issue!

Since the facility doesn't provide housekeeping for guests staying 7 or lesser days, probably they can add a mop or vacuum stand, as a common utility like laundry. -so guests with shorter stays can clean their suites by themselves in the worst case scenario. Being honest, its difficult to maintain the floor clean for 7 days when every day you are visiting around!

The highlight of my stay was, without a doubt, the staff, especially the ladies on the team. They were incredibly committed to making us feel comfortable in the most caring, thoughtful, and efficient way possible. I have been travelling for more than 10 years, and I have rarely come across people who are so enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to their work. I was truly impressed by their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with every detail. Their service made a real difference and absolutely deserves recognition.

Honestly, there was nothing significant that negatively affected my stay. Any small issue was handled quickly, professionally, and with great care by the staff.

It was perfect and enough for me and my husband. Everything we needed for 7 days. Close to the MRT (train) then we could be anywhere. The locations was perfect we had a beautiful view to the river and the city. At night we could hear a bit of music but it wasn’t a problem for us. We sleep very well. The bed was very confortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. The aircon and internet worked very welll too. The staff was available any time for anything we could need. Thanks to Mary , Shannen and Mitch for being always so kind a have patience to explain how to check in on line and get the key on our Mobil phones. It can look complicated but it is not. It is great to have the key in our phones.
