Nice beach view. Great balcony! Very short walk to the sand and surf. Unit was nice. Well stocked kitchen if you plan to cook and eat in.

We enjoyed our stay in condo East 13-c. We were away most of the days watching our grandson's college golf tournament in Pensacola. We would highly recommend Luxury Costal and this Beach Colony condo.

The complex is nice and well-maintained. The condo was very clean, although the decor could use some updating. We had a maintenance issue that was fixed very promptly.

Dated interior uncomfortable bed and couch. Misleading about fee for chairs (40 per day) one roll of toilet paper. No staff to speak with prior to check in. Challenging to use elevators with codes. The saving grace was the spectacular view and large balcony. I would not consider this a luxury unit
