This newly remodeled home is right off 1st Avenue West in Cedar Rapids. Perfect for staying in while you work or visit CR. 3 bedrooms and full bath on 2nd floor with living room, dining room and kitchen on main floor. 3rd floor attic has an 2 extra queen beds for larger groups. Great spot for getting around town with easy interstate access. Mr. B's, Hacienda Las Glorias and Westside Maid-Rite all within 1 block of this home. Everything was fine. Kitchen could be better equipped but otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Our group of two couples had a comfortable stay in Kingston Casa. The house is large, clean and well kept. Only one bathroom would not be ideal with a larger group but worked for us.
We did not receive the check in information promptly and had to contact the owner but received a quick response at that point. They did respond very quickly later during a stay to assist with a maintenance issue.

This house worked great for what we were looking for. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of sirens and motorcycles that we heard. Otherwise it was great!
