The apartments are located in a lovely small town, walking distance from the nearest beach. Ideally located for family holidays, well equipped private kitchen and also shared outdoor kitchen. Seating area provided on the terrace and outside patio. Very practical outside shower room and laundry room. The owner surprised us with packed dinner as we arrived late and there was no supermarket open to buy any food. we really enjoyed our stay and will come back.
Everything was great only one suggestion for travelers I would recommend to rent a car what makes you more flexible and provides you to explore surrounding areas which are worth to go.

Villa was quite fresh, well maintained, spacious inside as well as outside area. In kitchen we find cooking oil, salt, sugar, coffee machine had coffee tablets, water in a fridge and candies surprise for kids. We were two families with kids and we had everything we needed! We would definitely recommend this villa and would come again!
The only thing to mention is the cock crowing from neighbors, but if the window is closed you do not hear it. Someone could find it even romantic:)

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the furniture was quite new and the rooms were in very good condition. The yard is very well-groomed, the neighbors have chickens, but there is no smell of them, only the roosters sing for a couple of hours in the morning. But it didn't bother us because we get up early. There was no terrible noise from the road.

The house is nice and clean. Safe with alarm and gates. The facilities outside with showers very practical
Unbearable heat in the house. No fans. Air-conditioning only in the bedrooms extra cost. We paid 40 euro.
Balestrate is far from nice beaches.
