Amazing hotel. Highly recommended. Absolutely perfect for families with kids. We wished we had stayed longer. The facilities are great. There is a huge common kitchen with everything you need, a big playground for children, the area is very calm and quiet. Perfect to let your children play while you relax. Very close to supermarkets nearby and also close to Lego House and Legoland.

A family-friendly stay with fun amenities and plenty of space for cooking, playing, and relaxing.

Spacious play area for children Three barbecue grills available for grilling Large kitchen with ample seating and dining space Additional amenities include air hockey, old board games, and a TV with Chromecast upstairs. The property has history associated with the inventor of lego that makes the place a bit special. The property owner is very prompt in answering all the questions.

The individual rooms are not equipped with a microwave or gas hob so all cooking must be done in the large common kitchen.

Great location for families to stay near Legoland!

The pictures do not give a clear view of how wonderful the location is. Better pictures would be recommended.

It was a bit warm and smelled a bit like wet dogs in the appartement.

This place was a lovely bonus for our Legoland visit.

Lovely, peaceful location only a short, 15 min. drive to central Billund and Legoland. Also handy for Esbjerg airport where we flew into as only 30 mins drive away. As other reviewers say, this place is great for families - the facilities are spot on. My son loved the play area, football areas and trampolines, played outside for hours and made friends. Very pretty, well maintained garden too with lovely terraces surrounding the play area. Large, shared kitchen, equipped with every utensil you can think of (and some!), complementary filter coffee and tea, a huge, communal dinning room, as well as tables outside and well equipped kitchenette, dinning area and sofa in our room. A lounge with air hockey and table football too. Lis also recommended some super places to visit too, such as the beach on Römö island, on the West coast, where you drive your car onto the beach and as the sea is shallow really far out, it was surprisingly warm!

LOasen Vesterhede - Excellent place to stay when visiting Legoland and Lego House

We stayed at LOasen Vesterhede for 3 days while visiting Legoland and the Lego House. We would definitely go back as the location was excellent (about 10 miles from Legoland) and was only a short drive away from Legoland (about 15 min). It was also close to the nearest town where we could pick up food and snacks for the day. I suspect most folk going to Billund have a car but a car would be helpful at this location as it was slightly outside the town. The room was beautifully clean and the facilities were great for us as a family of 5. There was also a communal kitchen which was really well stocked with lots of plates, cookers, tray's etc but the best part was they also provided the little extras that make it usable like grease proof paper, tin foil, tea bags and there was some oil for cooking too - everything was thought of. The dining area was large with plenty of tables for everyone to eat privately but it was also nice to share stories with other folk and get tips about where to go etc. Outside the grounds were also great for kids, they had a nice playwark with 2 large trampolines swings etc all set in a country area with a nice view. The hosts were very friendly and spoke excellent english. Thank you for a most excellent stay. :-)

Nothing not to like, this was an excellent place to stay and we'd definitely return. We could have probably asked for an extra pillow though, but that was our fault. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice, quiet place in beautiful nature. Everything was very very clean, kitchen is supplied with everything you need, great bakery is a 5 minute drive. Super friendly host, ideal for familiy vaccation and children because of the park in front of the house.

This is a very good stay with children and for visiting Legoland of course!

You can have the option and buy fresh made bread and so on. Great stay and a huge kitchen is available to prepare any food you want.

Great relaxing location near Bilund and Legoland

Great location near Billund and Legoland. The location in the countryside made for a quiet repose from travel. I was traveling on my own, but this is a good place for families to stay.

The light in the bathroom automatically turns on via motion sensor, but I could not figure out how to turn it off without letting it run down its internal timer.

It's more than perfect, especially for family stay. We love the kitchen, the playground and everything. The hosts are very nice and they prepare every detail super good. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed.

Very nice, Pleasanton’s short stay

We have stayed for two night at B&B and it was very pleasant and sadly short stay for us. Everything was exactly the same as it was already described, Lis is super friendly and tried to give us a lot of tips for our short stay. Our kids had so much fun in the playground and was a very great family friendly place and we will definitely come back again soon!!!

Great memories in vesterhede for the whole family:)

This is a fantastic location to visit with your family. We have enjoyed our 8-days stay a lot. Our son could play at the huge playground of the compound with trampolines, sandboxes, toys, tractors for kids, etc. This facility has a great common kitchen with professional equipment and enough space to cook with multiple families, als the bbqs outside are free to use. The wood for bonfires are supplied by the host without costs. During our stay we decided to not leave the compound for several days because it was so relaxing. We met other families were we spontaneously started to bbq and kids were playing with each other non stop. The location is very safe for kids and the toys and equipment for kids are brand new and from great materials. Our room was at the first floor and it was big enough for us three. Although we had a dining table we decided to eat in the common dinner room because of the comfort and social interaction with other guests. Around the house there are very nice walking tracks in the fields with plenty of frogs, birds and butterflies. We did select this location because of the excellent reviews and we fully confirm that this location was excellent for our purpose of holiday with the family. It’s close to billund (Lego land/house, wowpark, great safari zoo) its about 40 minutes drive to great beaches at the west coast of Denmark. And the Viking city Ribe is worth to visit as well. Thank you Lis and Henning for the great hospitality

Due to the Covid situation there was no breakfast service available. (This is only temporary). Also the toys for small kids in the common living room where not there because of covid (temporary). I wouldn't recommend this place if you travel as a couple without kids. But if you travel with kids or a big group this location is great:)

Super miejsce, polecamy!

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Mieliśmy pokój z antresolą, która była główną atrakcją dla syna. Plus pokój zabaw w przestrzeni wspólnej, zabawki w jadalni i plac zabaw na zewnątrz. Bardzo czysto, sympatyczni inni goście. Ładne położenie, przestrzeń. Miejsce idealne dla dzieci położone blisko Legolandu. Najlepszy nasz nocleg w Danii :) dziękujemy!

Wspaniały, idealnie czysty obiekt dla rodzin z wieloma udogodnieniami.

Obiekt jest idealnie czysty. Wszędzie pachniało świeżością. Posiada mnóstwo udogodnień dla rodzin. Można korzystać ze wspaniałe wyposażonej kuchni by wygodnie gotować. Na dworze plac zabaw, gokarty dla dzieci, mnóstwo gier. W środku 2 pokoje przygotowane na brak pogody ( gry, zabawki, cymbergaj). Piękna jadalnia z kącikiem zabaw. Z chęcią bym tu wróciła i nasze dzieci też.
