Comfortable stay in a unique hotel. The welcome chocolate drink and small block of chocolate was a pleasant surprise. Well located just 5 minutes to the centre of the old town.

The staff was excellent--very friendly, helpful and cheerful. A young lady named Sara was outstanding and did everything she could to help make our stay a success. The location was good and the breakfast was generous.
The design of the room was ridiculous. There was no place to sit--one small chair; and absolutely no place to put your luggage. The closet were small and had those hangers that are designed to be impractical to steal but the bars were very high and very difficult to use. The lighting everywhere was difficult and shadowy. The lighting around the mirror in the bathroom was glary and misdirected--very difficult to see. The toilet was not private with a glass door and no door to the actual room. We had a huge terrace and only a tiny table and two folding chairs. It was called the Cinema Room and the decorations were upside down. Whoever designed the room did not know what they were doing.
