First off all the price. Second , the fact that at even such a low rate they served a wonderful breakfast. The facility was nice and secure. This was real value for R500/ NIGHT.
At the price given one cannot expect to much so I will list things that would have made the stay better and more convenient: no fridge , no microwave and if they gave you your own remote for the gate, as all other guesthouses do, I would have been just al little more convenient and comfortable. Again, this is not a complaint, just a recommendation that would make it a lot better.

The location was perfect. It was nice and quiet. Memory was the perfect host and super accommodating when I checked in later due to a delayed flight. He also cooked a lovely breakfast. There was even an electric blanket.
Although the linen was clean and crisp, the towel I had was a bit threadbare and tatty. There was no plugs attached to the reading lights attached to the headboard.
