Hosts communicated clearly the instructions for key pick up and entry on our day of arrival. videos were sent of entry procedures. communications throughout our stay when necessary were efficient and issues resolved satisfactorily.
car park says 1 car per apartment but we wondered if because the penthouse sleep so many if we were allowed two cars, we forgot to ask and just parked cars in nearby street. Sure the host would have clarified if we had remembered.
