it is close to Florence Airport; convenient if you need to take an early flying !
the room we had has a good size and was quiet, very clean as well as the bathroom .
There is not parking on the property.
thanks God we found a place very close by and as we were leaving very early in the morning not problem about getting a parking ticket!

Hosts were very gracious. The room was beautiful
We had a problem with communication over the phone without the help of a translator. We were stranded on the curb waiting for a taxi to take us to the airport that did not come at 3:30 AM.
It took 50 minutes and several sleepy phone calls to beg for a call for another taxi. The hosts do not live at the B&B. No one there to help. Finally, we broke through the language barrier.

The people were nice, and friendly. It is a pleasant, small, neighborhood hotel. There is not much to recommend for someone staying overnight before a flight from Florence airport. The many disadvantages, and inadequacies of your website information are described below.
I booked this hotel because your site made it seem an option for an overnight near Florence airport. It is not! It required a 25 euro taxi ride in each direction. I specifically asked ahead of time if the hotel provided transport to the airport; the reply, difficult to get, made it seem that it was arranged. The hotel has no transport. Breakfast is not available until 8 AM, too late for me. This information is not available on your site and not indicated on the booking. In addition, at check-in I was told cash only; fortunately the hotel accepted payment in dollars. When I arrived at the hotel, the front door was locked and no one responded to the bell or knocking. Eventually a woman arrived from outside the hotel. After paying for my room I asked her to book a taxi for 7:30 the next morning. She did this and also generously gave me access to the kitchen and breakfast room so I could fend for myself in the morning. The taxi never arrived. Fortunately a woman who works at the hotel in the morning arrived and found me standing outside. I explained the situation and she kindly called a taxi that came about 15 minutes later. If she had not helped me I might still be standing there!. There are no restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel so dinner the night before was a challenge. The woman recommended a very nice restaurant and said I should arrive early, at 7. But on arrival, after a 20 minute walk, I was told they were fully booked and I was turned away. I did find a pizzeria nearby; not what I wanted. No one should be advised to stay at this hotel as an option when flying out of Florence airport. It is greatly inconvenient based upon location, late breakfast time and cash payment requirement, and made expensive due to the taxi costs. It offers no advantages over a chain hotel, such as Ibis, near the airport where I should have booked. Your site misled me substantially; I will remember this experience for future reference.
