Amazing hosts, very kind, always available, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Alex, the manager, and his family were fantastic! Property is good, weather was bad that y little bit boring but we enjoyed jacuzzi and stayed mostly in property.

The reception was very welcoming. They went out of their way to help and make sure your stay was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t good—it was raining the whole time. I couldn’t enjoy the view outside much, and I wasn’t able to use the pool either.

Beautiful place in Liguria for great vacations and nice location to see French Riviera and Liguria itself

We liked the place and the residence complex very much. The location is great and everything required is very close to the apartment: LIDL supermarket, nice beach, the road to other cities and towns. We liked the pool and jacuzzi. I would like also to emphasise the hospitality of the owners. The family that owns this residence was very pleasant and helpful. We liked the place and are going to come there next year.

Everything was all right. Just the last two days the drainage system in the shower was working badly, probably because some problems there. Everything else was just as described in the description and details for booking: you will need to pay for the electricity, so you make photos of the numbers. But it’s really okay, no problems with it.

Extraordinarily friendly family run business, apartment was spotless with a fully equipped kitchen and a delightful foliage shaded, cool terrace and excellent cappuccini if you don't want to make your own. Area was residential and quiet with easy parking while the beaches,restaurants and old town were all walkable.

We had a great stay at the Residence dei Fiori, it's located on the hill, so it's very quiet but it remains close to the town and the beaches. The staff was very nice and available to give us satisfaction. Thank you !

One week in Liguria

- very nice and well equipped apartment - extremely friendly and helpful hosts - amazing pool - walk to the sea or to the city center max. 15 minutes - simple

- noise under the balcony every evening - there was a breeding of frogs in the neighborhood (agroturismo)! Fortunately, they always fell asleep at midnight ...

The only positive point for me was that the place was quite.

I really do not know how this place has so many positive reviews. For us it was a very unpleasant and hard experience. The place is uphill and for going to the sea you need to take the car every day. The place is dangerous for walking as there are no sidewalks. The parking is a nightmare down in the area. The checkout is at 10 in the morning. They make you pay the air-conditioning. For the price, I would really recommend a hotel where all this is included. Will never come back

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms very clean. Ample storage space. Great location. 10 minute walk to the Altstadt.

Sofa in living/dining area smelled musty. Chairs were not so comfortable to sit on for a longer period of time.

Superb

Excellent quiet location but within easy reach of the beach and town centre. Alex provided an excellent service at reception offering helpful advice to ensure we got the most out of our stay. The pool was extremely enjoyable with plenty of deck chairs to accomodate all the guests and the Jacuzzi was an added bonus. Pietra Ligure offers a good range of restaurants, bars and cafes and is worth visiting even at peak times as we did.

The kitchen facilities were limited although everything else was excellent.

Sehr gut

Die Residence liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum. In 10 Minuten ist man am Strand, in 15 Minuten im Zentrum. Es gibt auch einen Shuttle-Service, diesen haben wir aber nicht genutzt, da wir uns gerne bewegen. Der Rückweg vom Strand oder Zentrum war anstrengender, da die Residence erhöht am Hang liegt, es geht ziemlich steil über mehrere Treppen und Straßen nach oben. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist oder viel zum Strand mitnehmen möchte, kann ja den Shuttle-Service nutzen. Der Strand im Ort ist sehr voll, da es ein schmaler Strand ist. Das Wasser war herrlich, aber wir haben dann doch überwiegend den Hotelpool genutzt. Dieser war sehr schön und sauber, leider nur manchmal zu voll, da der Pool auch von den Gästen der Residence Oleandro genutzt wird. Die Residence hat einen wunderschönen kleinen Garten, am Pool konnte man unter wunderschönen blühenden Bäumen und Sträuchern sitzen. Die Appartments sind sehr sauber, ein großes Lob an die Eigentümer-Familie. Die Betten waren bequem, auch die Kissen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden, sogar ein Geschirrspüler. Wir hatten einen großen Balkon, dieser lag im Schatten von zwei Bäumen, dadurch war unser Appartement angenehm kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Nur an den letzten beide Tagen wurde es zu warm, dann wollten wir die Klimaanlage aber nicht mehr anschalten. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Benutzung Zusatzkosten verursacht, das Ziel soll sein, Energie zu sparen.

Unser Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, das Dach der Residence mit PV-Anlagen zu versehen, so könnte auch jeder Gast die Klimaanlage nutzen und die Residence könnte einiges an Strom über das Sonnenlicht finanzieren. Leider scheint die Energiewende in der Region Ligurien noch nicht angekommen zu sein. Die Residence wird überwiegend von Hundebesitzern gebucht, das Gebelle und das Nächtliche Türenknallen wegen des Gassi-Gehens hat sehr genervt.

Rustige plaats om stadjes van Riviera te verkennen

Residentie heeft zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen, veilige parkeerplaatsen, afgesloten speelplaats met toestellen voor kleine kinderen, fietsenberging, lift. Mooi terras om buiten te zitten. Afzonderlijk zonneterras. Mensen zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Klein maar zeer proper appartement.

Keukenuitrusting is basic. Weinig bestek. Vaatwasser aanwezig maar ofwel half lege machine aanzetten, ofwel met de hand afwassen.

A couper le souffle

Endroit calme, parking compris, résidence comprenant une piscine ainsi qu'un jacuzzi (sur réservation) si l'on ne souhaite pas se rendre à la plage. Nous avons réservé le penthouse avec une superbe terrasse et où la vue est exceptionnelle, pas de vis-à-vis. Petite cuisine avec un équipement de base. La gestion familiale où toutes les personnes étaient très gentilles, je ne peux que recommander l'endroit et vivement d'avoir une autre possibilité d'y séjourner à nouveau.

On aurait éventuellement apprécié de pouvoir utiliser la salle de fitness ou le billard en soirée après 19h00 mais pour les 3 nuits, nous avons bien pu profiter de notre séjour autrement.

Fint ställe med underbar pool

Mycket trevlig familj som driver stället. Det känns familjärt och hemtrevligt. Bra byggt så att man får sina avskilda balkonger och terrasser. Vi hade en jättestor terrass nästan helt utan insyn. Fantastisk pool i både sol och halvskugga hela dagen. Stolar med sol och skugga, inte så mycket folk i poolen veckan vi var där. Enkla med välstädade rum, fint badrum med bra dusch. Superbra värd som fixade skjuts flera gånger från stan.

Lite hårda sängar. Kunde funnits lite mer porslin och glas, men det fanns diskmaskin så det var inget stort problem. Lite svettigt att gå upp från stan, men å andra sidan var det en fin promenadväg med många vackra hos och blommor.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen kleinen italienischen Stadt nicht weit vom Strand

Ganz tolles Resort in sehr guter + ruhiger Lage. Strand und Altstadt gut in ca. 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Wir haben uns willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
