A wonderful old Finca in its own grounds with no immediate neighbours..
It's rather expensive and it would benefit from some sympathetic rustic style upgrading that retain its character. Much of it is tired now , especially the kitchen appliances , the downstairs bathrooms and outdoor furniture. Its like the property has a shabby 1990's farmhouse vibe. There are alternative villas for around a similar rental cost that are absolutely spectacular , so Hostalet really does need some investment to compete at this price point.

Location and speed of putting a few things correct such as cleaning after we arrived and removal of two wasp nests.
It needed an upgrade as certain things need to be replaced. The owners may benefit by staying at the property to witness the few things that need doing. A chopping board would be good and replacement of the old and somewhat dirty dishwasher and attention to loose wiring on or around the beds

Perfect, peaceful location. Amazing views from the terrace and outside area. Pool lovely and warm, and good air con in all the bedrooms. Host very responsive and helpful.
Terrace furniture not particularly comfortable, and quite worn. Some basic provisions of soap and a washing up cloth would have been really helpful.
