Despite the negatives, would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Stunning property and views. Cottage very comfortable and luxuriously furnished.

Electricity shut off for hours the morning we were checking out but maintenance crew was called in to fix it. Uber drivers had some difficulty finding the path to the cottages within the property. Wish there was breakfast included or option to buy breakfast within the property.

The location was in a stunning vineyard close to the restaurant and wine tasting. It was on the same road as several other wine tastings, so there was no need to use the car (if one likes to walk).

We were met by friendly and wonderful staff...the resturant was stunning and food delicious...I especially enjoyed the complimentary wine tasting...great wines too. There are alot of great wine farms close by aswell. Wonderful resturants and beautiful views

The location is absolutely stunning! The accommodation was beautiful and had all the items necessary for a comfortable stay. The hospitality was also nice, with there being firewood and a bottle of wine from the internal winery. We will definitely stay here again.

The view was great. Cottage is spacious. We stayed there for a week and was good basis for work and leisure inbetween. Staff friendly and willing to help anytime.

The Cottage and the Residence is next to each other, so it didn't feel as private as we thought it would be.

AMAZING weekend in the “Cottage” at this beautiful working vineyard!!

Amazing location, super peaceful and a great escape! Lovely big “cottage” (The Residence is even bigger) where we could build a fire, cook, and relax. Good hot water in the shower too! Loved being among the vines… it was so relaxing!

Check in was at their restaurant and they were quite busy, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed to assist in the check in process but after a few min everything was fine!

It was cold and th eonly way to warm up th eplace was to make a fire and use wood *which was plentiful anf freely provided( however it made the place very smokey and caused me to wake up coughing and when th efire went out it became like a freezer again. AI suggest an electric heater be suppied. Secondly I would suggest a re-look at th ecutlery etc, There was no egg lifter so bought one and left ot there. How can you make fried eggs and not use a lifter? The small ove is old and needs replacement.

The Residence was absolutely awesome! it is very tastefully decorated, with a beautiful bay window and fire place to boot. The kitchen is very well equiped. Rudolph helped us with check in and Barbara arranged a delish meal for us on arrival, as we arrived late. An awesome stay, would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage was comfortable, spacious and neat. The wine is delicious and the view of the Helderberg Mountains spectacular!! Our two Scotties also loved the massive lawn and walking trails.

Had a relaxing stay in a lovely old house with modern amenities.

Lovely, spacious house with rustic décor. Enjoyed the fully equipped, spacious kitchen and separate laundry area. The fire place inside was a bonus as we had a spell of cold weather. The view on top of everything else was amazing. We enjoyed everything so much, we actually extended our stay with a another day.

Struggled with the dishwasher - so perhaps just ask for instructions when checking in. Tried the TV once but couldn't get it connected to the network, but didn't bother too much.

One of the best we’ve had so far.

From the warm welcome upon arrival for our weekend stay,right through to lunch and wine the following day, everything was perfect. We had a great time celebrating a birthday and being able to enjoy our food with wine without the worry of having to drive back. It’s was a magical weekend and some of the best staff and service. Thank you to Barbara and the whole team. We will surely visit again.
