The view from our room and the property. Old-age charm and legacy.
The service at front desk and restaurant was cold and unfriendly. I've seen much better hospitality in 5-star hotels. Given the remote location, I expected a warmer welcome and better food. The food was a letdown. I’ve stayed in colder, more isolated parts of Sikkim that served much better meals with more variety and pleasant attitude. Basic items like room slippers were not provided. While the property has a nice vintage charm, it fails to provide the basic comfort and warmth of a luxury resort where guests spend extra to enjoy themselves.

Rooms Are not as shown in the pictures. They are small. very very small. Picturees are decieving. Please note.
