Die Reaktion auf unseren Hinweis, dass gebrauchte Bettwäsche vor der Tür liegen geblieben ist, erfolgte sehr verzögert.

Hele kommunikationen omkring lejemålet sejler. Får et utal af mails lang tid i forvejen. Alligevel er det nærmest umuligt at finde den vigtigste praktiske info. Ville købe slutrengøring, men kunne ikke få at vide hvordan jeg skulle betale “der ville komme en mail” det gjorde der ikke osv osv, svære at komme i kontakt med.

Our whole family loved this place and the town of Bogense in general. It was incredibly well stocked with dishes and anything else we needed. It was super functional for a bigger family to stay. We had a few needs throughout the stay where we had to contact the company, but they were easily accessible by phone and really nice when we needed help. I’d stay here again and recommend to others

Having to drive 20 minutes (40 there and back) for both pick up and drop off of linen/bedding was not ideal. That was quite inconvenient especially for the end of the trip, as it was the opposite direction of where we needed to go. In the binder about wifi and garbage, please also add how to lock the front door (by pushing the handle) because as someone from North America, it was unclear as we don’t have locks like that at all.
