Perfect guest house with the best hostess
When we arrived at 11:00 we got 3 different kinds of homemade cakes and fresh coffee. Every morning a very nice breakfast with homemade marmelades. The room are good and view is awesome. Annemarie is the best hostess we’ve had so far on our 6 month travels.

Below the window is the main road to Kitzbuhel. There is noise from passing cars.

Exceptional
The owner was absolutely amazing. She was very helpful and kind. One day, just ouf of the blue, she made us coffee with a homemade cake. The views from our room were stunning, overseeing the whole valley. The room was clean, taken care of daily.

Amazing host, stunning view, great amenities, excellent breakfast - all at a correct price
The host was extremely nice to us, put everything at our disposal, served us a tasty and rich breakfast and offered us a very good home made jam as gift. She even went out of her way to buy a present for our son who had his birthday at that time. We never had a nicer host anywhere :) The house is traditional and the apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor, with nice rooms, good beds and with direct access to the garden that kids enjoyed the most. Trampoline, toboggan, swing, water hose, bobby cars, cats to caress, kicker table (inside) - they fulfilled the experience. And the view from the garden - oh... unforgettable, I couldn't get enough of the mountains and the long distance perspective on the green hills and the city below. Simply stunning!

Krásné ubytování blízko skiareálů
Krásné ubytování, kousek od lyžařských areálů (5min autem). Všude bylo naprosto čisto a vybavení úplně dostačující (župany, ručníky, na patře mikrovlnka a rychlovarná konvice, fotbálek, úložné místo na lyže). Se společnou koupelnou jsme počítali a nebyla to vůbec překážka. Paní domácí je neskutečně milá a nápomocná. Výborné domácí snídaně. Moc děkujeme. :)
