Residenza Villa Flores

We - 2 adults + 12 year daughter selected Residenza Villa Flores - and that was great choice! Beside that we get all necessary information from Marco with accomodation, he met us with welcome Wine 🍾, what was really exiting after the long trip to Belarija. Apartments is really great with 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms in each + kitchen with sitting room and big balconies, where we spend nice evenings with friends after the day swimming in the sea. The beach located 15 min by foot - what is really great to have some walkings. Sandy coast and dedicated beach loungers with umbrella gave full relaxing in the hot sun and warm sea 🌊🐠. It is 5min by foot to reach Supermarket Coop was helpful if you like to buy something quick to eat and drink or in the afternoon you can reach center of the Bellaria in 10 min by foot and find many coffees and restorans. With nice arranged accommodation and warm, friendly and helpful Marco - we fall in love for Italy again 😘. We had wonderful vacation here in Bellaria. Some advise when travelling from airport and back - it is recommended to book taxi for comfortable 30 min arriving to Villa! Also it is recommended to reach San Marino, which is 1 hour drive by car. Finally - all 10 stars for that nice place 🥂🍾✈️🌴🌺😉👋.

What did not liked - it is too small and old faction Rimini airport - needed for renovation ✈️😇

We was there at Residenza Villa Flores 2 families with kids 10-12 years old. Thank you very much Marco for warm meeting, streaming needed information and all care during stay. We had one of the best holidays. Apartments are great, comfortable, apartments has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and big balconies. Ich room with air conditioning. There are bicycles and car garage, but we did not use it, because we like to walk. All apartment and hotel is quality build. Nice and big glass wall balconies. Quality elevator. Safe doors and other. Many chairs if you want to drink coffee with friends. Overall we expect less that, but got more. We find there washing machine, so you can take not so much closes. Supermarket Coop is very close, so to buy some food and drinks are very easy. Kitchen is good equipped. Also is easy to find there good restaurants with excellent food. We walk to the beach or back and on the way we buy delicious Italian gelato (ice cream). Way to the beach is straight and easy to go. Beach is very good with kids, no waves, sand and warm water. Beach is good equipped, shower, coffee bar and other. Marco always very friendly, helpful and created for us real Italian atmosphere! We had perfect holidays and hope we come back there again. By the way, Bellaria region is safe to walk, so we feel safe to walk everywhere in day time or late evening. I recommending it for holidays with families.

Beds were not the most comfortable. Bedding and towels were not included which was mentioned before but We missed as very unusual. This was soon rectified by a very helpful and polite man.. Kitchen had no oven only a microwave which again was unusual but we managed ok .

Iskala sva udobono lokacijo za ogled znamenitosti Ravenna, San Marino in Rimini in lokacija se je izkazala za idealno. Apartma je prostoren in svetel, opremljen z vsem, kar potrebujete za udobno bivanje. Morje je 10 minut peš stran - dovolj blizu za vsakodnevni večerni sprehod ob obali. Lastnik Marko je bil zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv in nama je dal vse potrebne informacije. Vsekako priporočam!
