The warmth welcome & service of the staff specially some of them speak good English and some tried hard to understand.
The room was not provided with the fridge which actually important specially for family with small kids or babies. And there's no evening activities for kids for them to play specially during summer time.
Outdoor bar was not open during our stay Monday, Wednesday so we should bring our plates or glasses back to the restaurant back when we ordered to take it out side to the pool or terrace area, so it wasn't really convenient. Our rooms have not been cleaned every day, the cleaning lasy only picked up our trash daily but not make up the rooms.

Lokalita hezká, krásný výhled.
Snídaně dobrá, klasika. Ale vyzdvihuji krupicovou kaši !
Nástup na ubytování v 16 hod je poměrně nezvyklý, bývá ve 14 hod, což myslím lépe vyhovuje, obzvláště když je zde bazén.
V hotelu obyčejně alespoň ustýlají, vyměňují ručníky, uklízí koupelnu a vynášejí koše. Za týden pouze vynesli 1x koše! A ubytování rozhodně není levné.
Pozor na konečné vyúčtování. Za jeden Burgr a poplatky obci chtěli 750,- kč !!! Když jsem se podivila, přepočítali to na 555,-kč !?

Terasa, program z hvězdárny, wellness a bazén. Výhled na okolní krajinu.
Problémy s parkováním a vyšší patra dostupná pouze po schodišti.

Hur vybavene pokoje, lednicky nejsou na pokoji, mala televize, denne nemeni rucniky ani neuklizi za cenu 3500 kc / den, snidane podavane pozde az od 8 hod
