Le logement loué est au 1er étage d'une grande maison avec jardin. Le logement dispose d'un petit balcon filant, d'une grande cuisine, d'un séjour et d'une grande chambre et il est bien climatisée. L'ensemble est très propre et la cuisine est très bien équipée. L'hôte Emilia est très gentille et serviable et soucieuse du bien-être de ses clients. La maison est entièrement close et la voiture peut être garée en sécurité à l'intérieur dans le jardin.
Le logement est situé dans la banlieue périurbaine de Lucques, dans un quartier ordinaire et quelconque, le long d'une route assez passante, surtout le matin. Il n'y a pas de commerces et restaurants à proximité (à pied) et cela nécessité de prendre tout le temps la voiture. Finalement assez loin du centre ville de Lucques si vous souhaitez y aller souvent.

Appartamento curato, molto pulito e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale alla proprietaria Emilia e a suo figlio: la vostra è una gentilezza unica. Emilia ci ha accolti con un omaggio di frutta fresca e una torta fatta in casa deliziosa. Tutto questo rende il soggiorno indimenticabile. Super consigliato!

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento ampio, pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario e di più. La signora Emilia è molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca e una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo. In più ci ha preparato un buonissimo dolce di benvenuto. Consigliatissimo.

zona tranquillissima. a disposizione due condizionatori efficienti e silenziosi. Impagabili le torte offerte dalla signora Emilia e la gentilezza di suo figlio Lorenzo (visitate il suo negozio in piazza dell'Anfiteatro COSE & PERSONE)
