Villa Parenzo

Mooie villa op een prachtige locatie, heel rustig. Mooie veranda en zwembad waar je uren kunt genieten. De host Esmina is heel aardig.

De airconditioning van 1 kamer werkte niet. Dat kon helaas niet binnen de week opgelost worden.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, sehr unkomplizierte Kommunikation, der Pool ist toll, die Ausstattung mit Toaster, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Klimaanlage (bis auf ein Schlafzimmer) sehr angenehm. Der Grill wurde viel und gerne genutzt. Der kleine Laden in der Nähe hat eine tolle Auswahl auch an Fleisch. Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang war herrlich.

Die Möbel vor allem die Terrassenmöbel sind schon sehr abgewohnt, (Steckdose hängt raus, Griffe an Kasten fehlt, Stühle auf der Terasse lösen sich auf), Sonnenschirme oder Segel wären toll. Die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer ist anscheinend schon lange kaputt. Sauberkeit entspricht einer Unterkunft in der Hunde erlaubt sind. (Hier und da mal ein Haar). Das angrenzenden Wäldchen ist fein für Hunde, aber leider sehr zugemüllt. Zum Glück hatten wir keine Nachbarn, am direkt angrenzenden Grundstück und so unsere Privatsphäre.

My husband, our three children and I spent one week at Villa Parenzo and had a wonderful time! The villa has a very spacious outdoor area which was great for us- a private fenced garden, pool, bbq and various seating and lounging areas. Inside, every room has air conditioning and our bed was very comfortable. Bath and hand towels are provided so you don’t need to pack big bags when you travel. Esmina was the host lady, she was lovely, she’d always make herself available to us whenever we needed something. Poreč is the nearest town and is only a ten minute drive. There is a really nice restaurant in the village named Konoba Kaštel which I would recommend! Honestly, we’ve stayed in various types of villas over the years, but this villa is probably one of our (and the kids’) favourite villas. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Villa to anyone who is looking for a relaxing family holiday with lots of small activities to be enjoyed here and there.

The noise from the boiler can be heard if you’re sensitive to noise but other than that, not many negatives.

very large house, clean, with an exceptional view at sunset. just 5/10 minutes from the city of porec.

everything perfect ... shame about the inconvenience at check out, the girl who welcomed us and who had the keys to the house asked us for 80 € for using extra towels. all this without the owner of the house knowing. which is why the rating of my review lowers accordingly.
