Apartamento sencillo, decorado y amueblado sin lujos pero con todo lo necesario. Zona tranquila cerca del centro turístico de Carboneras y la playa, y de zona de bares y restaurantes y supermercados. Equipos de aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorios. Aparcamiento fácil en junio
Salvo el salón, el resto es interior, con ventanas a un pequeño patio de luces, por lo que resulta algo oscuro. Vecinos ruidosos, desconozco si eran permanentes o de temporada. La distribución es a través de un pasillo muy largo.
