Milchhof Apartments Aschaffenburg

Ich habe noch nie so eine saubere Anlage gesehen, das war wirklich toll!! Leider war aber das Bett mit (höchstens) 90cm, eher 80cm, sehr klein. Auch gibt es dort Metalltüren, die unheimlich laut zuschlagen. Dagegen könnte man aber sicherlich etwas tun. Ansonsten relativ zentral, optimal für Monteure.

The place was clean and spacious. It had all the facilities to make for a comfortable stay.

Being from another country, I was not familiar with some of the systems. That was OK. I am fine by having to figure out stuff. But certain things need assistance, especially because I didn't want to inadvertently damage something or cause inconvenience. But there was no one to ask. I wrote an email to the given email ID stating clearly all my questions. But when I met the supervisor Mr. Stephen the next day, I got a somewhat unwelcome response from him. I felt that his email reply was also a bit curt. This could be a culture thing. I am ready to consider that he didn't mean to be rude to me. I come from a country where there are lots of people and they are mostly polite and happy to help. I feel that staff should be trained to be more considerate to people coming from another country/culture. If the guests show unfamiliarity with local systems, they shouldn't be treated as if they are being a nuisance or they are stupid!

Für unsere Zwecke war die Unterkunft gut. Trotz der Lage direkt an der Bahnlinie war es sehr ruhig. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig mit extra Schlafzimmer. Es war alles vorhanden. Ein REWE mit Bäcker ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das WLAN gab es zwar, hatte aber keinen Internetzugang, ergo nicht nutzbar. Der Fernseher war auch vorhanden,hatte aber keinen Empfang von irgendetwas. Im Bad war der Geruchsverschluss der Duschwanne nicht vorhanden/defekt. Lies sich alles irgendwie regeln/umgehen. Fernsehen brauchten wir eh nicht.

Der Güterbahnhof war nicht zu überhören . Leider gab es keinen Safe oder Ähnliches . Schmuck war dann einfach mal weg. Das Personal war sehr reserviert und nicht hilfreich in dieser Angelegenheit.
