Great potential but not a great place if kept like that. It could be improved a lot.

The property has a wonderful garden and is situated very close to Palazzolo little town. In 5-7 minutes you’re in the centre. The staff are nice but they leave the property at night which is not great.

The property is very dated. It could do with some serious refurbishing the electrics are old the bathrooms needs to be redone. In the night we were there - due to the lack of concierge - some guests were fighting all night, disturbing and waking everyone, and one drunk guest was kicking and punching doors at 3-4am so woke and scared everybody up. I was this close to call the police. I did not feel safe in that hotel that night. The night after was better but they need to structure it more. Had there been a concierge I’m quite sure the problem would have been addressed differently. They need to work on that.

The property itself is in a beautiful setting with a fantastic garden and that’s about it!

People shall be clear. Furnitures are 40 years old with terrible bed and mattrass. The rooms are very loud and birds could be heard since 4:30 o’clock some might like it.

If you can put up with “old ness” and some smells, the water is clean and hot, wifi good, and sleep

Parking was excellent. The water was clean and hot. The aircon was good and the wifi too. Location very nice but as expressed in other reviews, the furniture and room are quite old/ used. Great that there is a little fridge in the room. And the receptionist was very nice and friendly. Breakfast had a few good options including yoghurt and fruit, but we arrived towards the end and there wasn’t not much left! Thanks to the lady who warmed up more bread for us when we asked :-)

The bathroom of our room (room 37) there was a leak from the bidet and a horrible drain smell (we almost got used to it). The bedding was a bit dusty which irritated my allergies but an antihistamine helped. The bed itself was a bit dipped in the middle but comfortable enough to sleep in for one night.

Paesaggio e location esterna molto belli.

Nonostante la scelta di una camera Non Fumatori sulla prenotazione su Booking, ci è stata assegnata una camera che puzzava di fumo. Gentilmente ci hanno dato un’altra camera che però puzzava ancora di più di fumo. Non potendo andare da nessuna altra parte siam dovuti rimanere per il pernotto e il fumo era impregnato nei letti e nei cuscini tanto da dover dormire con le finestre aperte. Notte davvero difficile considerando che uno di noi soffre di asma. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà la mattina per naso tappato e difficoltà varie respiratorie. Inoltre la stanza aveva diverse ragnatele e tanti moscerini sulla finestra del bagno ed era in generale sporca. Abbiamo riferito il problema la mattina dopo e ci hanno concesso un sconto si €6,50. Ci dispiace perché il personale era gentile ma non sono condizioni assolutamente concepibili.

Stanza vecchia con odore di muffa. La porta della stanza cadeva a pezzi come pure la finestra che non si riusciva nemmeno a chiudere. Frigo bar in condizioni indecenti. Mobili vecchi tutti aperti. Alla reception la porta era rotta e si apriva forzando, tutto molto sporco. Pessimo.
