The location is perfect, with a beautiful sea-view terrace. Sveti Vlas is quiet and charming. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you might need.
The only thing I could criticize is that the pool doesn’t seem to be very well maintained. It looked like it wasn’t being cleaned regularly.

Престоят ни беше помрачен от отношението на домакина. Още при настаняването ни посрещнаха с груб тон и липса на елементарна учтивост. При възникнали въпроси или молби, реакциите бяха остри и нелюбезни, което създаде неприятна атмосфера. Локацията и имотът може да има своите плюсове, но за нас комуникацията и отношението към гостите са основен фактор, а тук те липсваха.
Минуса на апартамента беше, че когато се настанихме, миришеше ужасно. Но поне приемливата цена отговаряше на ниското качество!

I loved the location, the balcony sea view was fantastic. We had 2 awesome beaches 2-5 minutes away. Also some nice restaurants and shops are close by. The apartment was very, very clean and in a very good condition, which was a big plus for me. We had everything we needed for our stay. It's good that the owner grants you a parking space, which can otherwise be problematic at that location, streets are very narrow and steep. Everything was great!

Неработещ климатик в най- топлата стая. След мое обаждане към персонала ми казаха , че ще го видят. Не се обадиха до края на престоя. Имаше мравки в кухнята и по мивката ! Паяжина в дневната.
