Needed a room for a one day short overnight stay. Host is very welcoming.

Was traveling through France and found this nice little gem. The host manages a single room and speaks good English. Room was large and had everything you needed. There is no fridge in the room but you can use the one located in the breakfast room. A large continental breakfast was served with cold cuts and cheese. Good coffee and choice of teas. Also used the breakfast area for our carry out dinner the night of our arrival. You can park your car on the property behind a locked door and garage door. Very inexpensive and more personal than staying in a hotel for a one night stay. There is a swimming pool available but it was too cold to enjoy.

Exceptional

This has been our fifth stay at Villa Escandia. As always it has been a pleasure. Everything is perfect and the breakfast outstanding. One of the big advantages is that we can park the car inside the compound which is locked and very secure. As we are traveling with lots of luggage it means that we can leave everything in the car.

The fact that many times it is fully booked when we like to stay there 😊

A perfect break in a long journey

This has been our second stay at Villa Escandia.(We tried several times unsuccessfully since our first stay but it is a very sought after location). It was again a very enjoyable stay. Traveling with a lot of luggage, it is nice to be able to keep the car securely inside the covered carport. The room is delightful with a comfortable bed and a well functioning shower. Breakfast in the pool house was a great start for the day with a well prepared continental breakfast that included cheese and cold cuts, a choice of salted and unsalted butter and and a nice selection of breads as well as jams and yoghurt. In times of COVID it was reassuring to see that everything was very clean and taken care of. Pascale is the perfect hostess!

Voor een nacht kan het ermee door. Pascale is heel vriendelijk.

Het buitenplein is heel erg mooi. Als je in het warme seizoen daar bent kun je gebruik maken van een zwembad.

Het matras is naar onze mening aan vervanging toe. Wij vonden het beddengoed niet erg fris ruiken. Maar dit is natuurlijk persoonlijk.

Overnachting op doorreis naar Nederland vanuit Spanje.

Warm ontvangen door vriendelijke eigenaar. Het ontbijt was voor Franse begrippen zeker niet slecht. Vers stokbrood, verschillende soorten beleg, koffie, jus d’orange ( niet vers helaas ), yoghurt kortom prima. We konden de auto veilig binnen de muren van de locatie parkeren. Erg fijn.

Bed erg laag bij de grond. Kamer niet geschikt voor iets langere mensen. Ik ben 1 mtr 90… 2x mijn hoofd gestoten aan plafond en deurpost.

Endroit parfait pour une courte halte ou pour un plus long séjour.

Accueil très chaleureux, hôtesse charmante, chambre spacieuse et arrangée avec beaucoup de goût, petit déjeuner bon et copieux, cuisine à disposition. Si le temps l'avait permis, nous aurions volontiers essayé la piscine.

Tout y était parfait.
