Residenza Orsa Maggiore

We had to pay 40€ extra for duvet cover. Furthermore check out was 9 a m. and not 10 a.m. as listed. Also the water from the shower was yelllow the first time we tried to shower :/

Overall price/location was acceptable but I feel cheated anyway Apartment is managed by external agency, you can check in even few hours earlier - in the worst case the apartment won't be ready for you, but you can leave your bags anyway. If you appear at 5pm expect a half an hour queue. Apartment is large: bedroom with large bed, micro bedroom for kids and living room with kitchenette. Microwave, gas stove, pots, pans, plates, cutlery - it's all there (but no tea cups and wine glasses) + small TV. Swimming pool is like 5x10 meter, maybe some more, 160 cm depth from end to end (so there is no shallow area for small kids)

LOCATION ON THE MAP IS NOT THE APARTMENT LOCATION! 1. Map shows check-in location, not the apartment location, so it is not 650m to the beach but more than 2 kilometers to the reserved umbrella 2. Bed linen/towels are not included - it can be borrowed at the check-in location; 8 euro per person for bed linen, 6 euro p.p. for towels 3. Swimming pool is open 10 am - 1 pm and 4pm - 8 pm. 4. Hopefully you will get upper floor apartment - there is something wrong with sewer system and area around main entry is smelly from time to time. 5. Apartment is located next to the main city road (Viale Europa) - so do not expect too much tranquility.
