Kedves, segítőkész házigazda fogadott minket, aki a Hévízi-tó és a helyi éttermek kapcsán is hasznos tanácsokkal szolgált. Az apartmanhoz tartozó parkolási lehetőség árnyékos udvarban található. A tónál a Festetics fürdőház bejáratánál ingyenes parkolási lehetőséget találtunk, így autóval is megoldott volt a fürdőbe lejutás.
Az utca fronton lévő apartman kissé forgalmas utcára néz.
