Quelques informations contradictoires sur l'entrée dans le studio, vite réglées par l'hôte qui est facilement joignable. Grand studio propre avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine pour se préparer à manger. Lit confortable. Présence d'une clim portative très appréciée en ce mois de juillet. Environnement globalement calme. Pas de nuisance sonore dans l'immeuble. Transports en commun à 50 pas au maximum du logement. Plein centre de Montpellier à moins de 10 min.
Proximité du Tram qui est audible en journée mais pas de bruit le soir.
