We would highly recommend this friendly and comfortable hotel. We definitely hope to come back and stay again.

From the moment we arrived, the proprietor and all his staff made us feel very welcome and they looked after us extremely well throughout our stay. Our room was bigger than we’d expected, very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean with extremely comfortable beds too. Parking was right outside the hotel. Breakfasts were lovely with as much coffee/tea or juice as you wanted a good selection of meats and cheeses and beautifully fresh rolls. Evening meals were very tasty - although perhaps a tad on the expensive side. This hotel offers proper Hospitality.

I guess the only thing we didn’t really like was one way streets to get to the hotel!!!

Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff

Location was ideal, room was comfortable and as described. Staff are very friendly and kind. I loved that they had a machine to get coffee and tea at any time of the day. Not to forget the great food at the restaurant.

I would've loved a bit more options for breakfast.

Convenient to the center of town, clean rooms

The hotel was right in the center of town, within walking distance of the train station and many of the shops. The rooms were clean and really big.

I was really disappointed that people were allowed to smoke in the hotel. Every night that I stayed, there was somebody in the hallway smoking by the window, and I had to smell it as I went to sleep. There were also not a whole lot of breakfast options, although I do understand that there were not very many people staying there at the time I was there.

Goed hotel midden in het centrum en een moderne schone kamer.

Dit hotel ligt midden in het centrum, aan het centrale plein. Met mooi weer stap je zo het terras op. De kamer is modern, schoon en ruim genoeg. Tegen betaling staat de auto in de eigen parkeergarage, wel zo fijn. Er zijn ook parkeerplaatsen voor de deur. De bediening leek bij aankomst even wat afwachtend maar is gewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was prima!

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und schön mit genügend Schränken und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Lage war sehr gut mitten am Marktplatz mit einigen Restaurants und Cafés in nächster Nähe.

Das Frühstück war nur Standard und mehrfach hat das Besteck usw. gefehlt.

Immenstadt ist ein Besuch wert.

Sehr zentral in der Innenstadt auf dem Marktplatz gelegen, viele Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte in der Umgebung, mit dem Zug und der App kostenlos fahren, der große Alpsee zu Fuß auf einem sehr schönen Wanderweg in 30 Min. erreichbar.

Nichts negatives zu berichten.

Mitten im Zentrum der Altstadt. Das Haus wurde vor 2 Jahren totalsaniert. Sehr schöne, ruhige Zimmer mit gehobenem Innenausbau. Sehr gute Küche.

Die Lage direkt zentral am Marienplatz ist einfach genial! Das Hotel hat Charme, die Zimmer komfortabel, sauber und sehr geräumig. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück vielseitig. Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft super, nur ohne Frühstück Büchen

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, hatten ein sehr schönes Apartment,modern eingerichtet. Betten super .Garagenplatz für 1 Woche fast immer geklappt und preisgünstig. Abendessen im Hotel war sehr gut ☺️👍

Das Frühstück, immer das gleiche. Wurst , Käse und nur 2 verschiedene Sorten Marmelade. Nur gekochte Eier. Tomaten nicht geschnitten und nach Obst musste oft nachgefragt werden . Nur eine Dame für ca. 20 bis 30 Personen u. Verantwortung fürs Buffet 😂

Es waren vier schöne Tage in Immenstadt; Ein freundlicher, immer hilfsbereiter Chef; die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für einen schönen Kurzurlaub; Die Zimmer sind sehr neu und sauber; Die Speisen waren auch sehr gut!

Die Parksituation vor dem Haus war manchmal etwas schwierig, was vermutlich auch den Bautätigkeiten nebenan im Schloß geschuldet war;

Esperienza deludente sotto molti aspetti.

La struttura è pulita e le camere sono belle e spaziose.

Difficilissimo comunicare con la struttura prima del check-in: non rispondevano ai messaggi né alle chiamate (neanche all’assistenza di Booking!), e abbiamo dovuto far chiamare un parente residente in Germania per avvisare del nostro arrivo in ritardo, dato che non ricevevamo risposta. La colazione è stata pessima: oltre alla qualità scadente e alla poca varietà, il secondo giorno alle 9:30 (nonostante fosse prevista fino alle 10), era già finito tutto. Alla nostra richiesta di reintegrare qualcosa, soprattutto avendo una bimba di 4 anni, ci è stato risposto semplicemente “no”. Al check-out ci siamo trovati un addebito extra di 8€ al giorno a persona (bambina inclusa) per una misteriosa “tassa sulla frutta”. Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni, la signora presente non è stata in grado di darcele (parlava solo tedesco) e il proprietario si è dileguato. Non è questo il modo di accogliere e di fare gli albergatori.

Lage top, Zimmer neutral, Service definitiv ausbaufähig

Die Lage ist perfekt, die neue Garage sehr praktisch und für 8€ am Tag erschwinglich. Unseren Rückfragen beim Frühstück, etwas aufzufüllen, wurde nachgekommen. Eine Kollegin beim Frühstück war sehr nett!

Zimmer teilweise neu renoviert, wir hatten aber leider ein älteres Zimmer, in dem es (im Sommer) extrem warm war. Der Wirt war eher unfreundlich und mache den Eindruck, dass die Gäste ihn nur nerven. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt daher nicht. Das Frühstück wurde zu wenig nachgefüllt, Sonntagmorgen gab es nur Brot und keine Pflanzenmilch, ab 08:30 Uhr war immer alles eher leergefegt.

Zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal, sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Zimmer.

Nachdem ich mit der Rezeption abgesprochen hatte, mein Zimmer aufgrund meiner Bahnverbindung erst um kurz nach elf zu räumen, wurde ich vom Reinigungspersonal, das plötzlich zu zweit um kurz vor elf in meinem Zimmer stand, quasi rausgeworfen mit dem Hinweis, um 11 Uhr müsste ich gehen, sie würden sonst ihre Arbeit nicht schaffen. Das hat meinen überaus positiven Eindruck am Ende etwas getrübt.

Gutes Hotel für einen Städte Tripp!

Unser Zimmer war modern sehr ordentlich und sauber. Das Badezimmer war TOP, die Betten sehr bequem! Die Lage vom Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt war super! Auch das Parken direkt am Hotel ist sehr gut. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir direkt nebenan in der Garage sicher abstellen und aufladen!

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher im Zimmer!

Geeignet für Kurzaufenthalt, wenn man zentral wohnen möchte.

Die zentrale Lage direkt am Marktplatz war für uns ausschlaggebend, diese Unterkunft zu wählen. Zentral und dennoch ruhig, selbst am Marktag. Kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus.

Frühstück einfach. Kein aufmerksamer Service. Es musste immer mal wieder nach fehlenden Tassen oder Löffeln gefragt werden. Am Sonntag - unserem Abreisetag - klopfte das Reinigungspersonal bereits um 8.20 Uhr an. Aufzug nicht sehr zuverlässig.

Nettes schwäbisches gastfreundliches Hotel.

Das Hotel haben wir am Ende einer längeren Reise für zwei Übernachtungen gebucht und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel hat einen eher traditionellen typisch schwäbischen Charme, was sympathisch war. Unser Zimmer bot viel Platz für uns und unsere zwei Hunde. Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war schon etwas älter, aber sehr solide und gepflegt. Ebenso das Bad. Die Betten waren kuschelig und alles tadellos sauber. Wir hatten einen Ausblick auf den hübschen Marktplatz, es war von dort aus während unseres Aufenthalts nicht laut. Am ersten Abend haben wir im gut besuchten Restaurant des Hotels gegessen, das Essen war empfehlenswert die Bedienung wirklich freundlich. Direkt am Hotel gibt es mehrere Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Lage am Marktplatz war für uns optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Die Einrichtung und ist teilweise schon etwas älter, aber das war kein Grund zur Kritik. Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Ein wunderbares Maisonettezimmer, alles sehr neuwertig, geschmackvoll, komplette Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler Sehr zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig! Vorzügliches Essen im Restaurant
