"Great location for skiing, tram stop very close. Nice room with comfy bed. Ee cane with a dog and no problem. Also we had late check out with no additional fee, lovely."

Spokojenost, snad ta terasa v 1. patře by zasloužila upravit a odstranit ten plevel.

It was close to the ski resort
Didn’t have kettle and hairdryer. The main door would close around 8:30pm and would need to either call or knock very hard to get attention from staff to open it for us.
