We didn’t enjoy our time.

The chalet was clean and slept all 5 of us easily. The sports field was great and our son loved it there.

There were no amenities at all. No towels, washing liquid, hand soap. They expected you to clean the chalet yourself but there was nothing to do this with. The location was out of the way and at least a 15-20min walk to the nearest bus station. There are no restaurants in the area apart from a 25min walk and even then the options are very limited. You definitely need a car if you are planning to stay.

Location and unique atmosphere.

Chalets require refurbishment. Floor was dirty and kutchen full of cooling fat, even coffee mugs was filthy dirty. We have seen cleaners working after family left chalet next to our, cleaning took them 15 minutes… This place could be very very good if refurbished and cleaned properly. Swimming pool should be maintained better. Water was fine but surroundings not too good. Worst was silly smell inside chalets. Something like old wood and old man sweat. Photos taken after hour of cleaning…

I liked the size of the house. Staff was very friendly. House was nice and warm

A bigger playground for kids would have been nice. The big bed seemed to have been used a lot and lost stability (not comfortable). Other beds were better. Chairs at the kitchen table were very uncomfortable (old?) Table and chairs outside were very nice. Enough kitchen supplies, which was nice, but forks/knives/spoons were not nice to eat with. Otherwise, kitchen was fine.

The chalet was not clean. The curtains were very dirty. The blankets were also not very clean too. Never show any staff person.

You have to arrive in a fixed time zone for check-in, because the reception is open only for a short time. then you have to queue under the sun. Then pay for linens and wi-fi which doesn't work. The bed was also very hard and small.

Amazing place and experience. I guess in winter it's even nicer thanks to mild weather and quiet surroundings.

It was almost impossible to get hold of the staff over the phone. We wanted to notify our late arrival, and had to call several times (spending money over international calls)

Résidence Odalys Shangri-la.

Calme et suffisamment spacieux.

Il n' y avait pas de serviettes de bain, d'essuie vaisselle, alors qu'il est indiqué que le linge maison est compris. Pas de savon pour la douche non plus. L'accueil se fait de 16h00 à 18h00 alors que sur les documents il est stipulé de 17h00 à 19h00.

Parking sécurisé. Emplacement idéal proche de Marseille Aubagne Cassis.

Le logement est en état moyen, avec du lino qui se gonfle par endroits, des meubles de cuisine usés et une porte de salle de bain qui frotte le sol, rendant la l'ouverture difficile.Et pour finir, le logement que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée était vraiment sale, avec des poils d'animaux, des traces de poussière et le canapé qui n'était pas particulièrement propre.

Bon séjour sous le soleil

Résidence verdoyante, bien entretenue et très calme grâce au parking obligatoire sécurisé à l'entrée. C'est très appréciable. Literie confortable. Belle terrasse. Vaisselle en quantité suffisante. Personnel accueillant. A proximité de Cassis, La Ciotat et Marseille.

Le frigo mériterait d'être changé, on voit qu'il a vécu (porte rouillée en bas, 1 compartiment dans la porte cassé et grille en verre du bac à légumes manquante, bouton thermostat cassé), cependant il fonctionne bien.

Zuviel erwartet, da verwöhnt von den Brüdern in Arles und Paradou

Verglichen mit den Odalys-Unterkünften, die wir bisher konsultiert haben, konnte dieses Odalys weder mit der Lage, dem Platz an sich oder den Chalets mithalten. Nicht einmal einen Föhn konnte man sich ausleihen. Die Chalets waren sehr klein, sehr spartanisch, der Belag splittete von den Schränken, die Betten waren durchgelegen und wie eine Buckelpiste, in der Dusche Schimmel. Der Patz selbst hatte keinen Charme, war auch sehr klein und die Fotos stimmen in keinster Weise mit der Realität überein. Glücklicherweise waren wir nur zu zweit- für 6 Personen -wie ausgewiesen- undenkbar!

Ausstattung der Küche (Schneebesen, Dunstabzugshaube), kreativeres Personal, nicht nur französisches Fernsehen, Bedienugsanleitung für die Klima (es war sehr kalt)

Il manque du rangement dans les chambres mais surtout à la cuisine pour les personnes qui veulent cuisiner La douche était attachée avec un serflex. mon fils était près a remettre un crochet. Le robinet du lavabo de la salle de bain était également très grippé. Mon fils s'est chargé de mètre du spray dégrippant. Je déplore l'entretien Une rampe a un des escaliers serait utile en pensant aux personnes âgées et aux petits enfants

Miejsce godne polecenia na wyjazd z rodziną lub przyjaciółmi na hike'i

Ośrodek położony daleko od zgiełku turystyvznego Cassis blisko szlaków turystycznych. Domki zadbane czyste i dobrze zaprojektowane bo miejsca nie jest bardzo duzo, a nie brakuje półek i miejsc do leżenia. Klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie działa jak należy. Wyposażenie kuchni również jest ok. Idealne miejsce na wyjazd z rodziną przyjaciółmi.

Strefa dla małych dzieci jest mega mala. Są tam tylko dwa urządzenia. Jedna rolka papieru toaletowego na tydzień to trochę mało :)

Les chalets sont mignons, confortable et l'endroit Est joli.

Salle des fêtes dans le camping juste à côté des chalets, musique à fond jusqu'à 4h du matin sans respect des personnes autour, sa crie sa chante, le personnel dit que c'est régulier et qu'ils peuvent écouter de la musique jusqu'à 2h... Mais puisque personne n'est la finalement sa s'arrête quand ils le décident. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit et c'est début octobre..

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

De rust en ruimte op het park. Het huisje was goed uitgerust alles was aanwezig hebben niets gemist tijdens ons verblijf

Het huisje voldoet nog maar mag wel wat onderhoud hebben, met name de badkamer/ douchecabine. Wat ik wel storend vond is dat ik denk ik 20 mails van ze heb mogen ontvangen voordat de datum aangebroken was. Alle met de vraag om voortijdig in te checken zodat de sleutels klaar liggen. Ook na dit gedaan te hebben bleven de mails maar komen en alle in het frans, en dat is niet mijn sterkste kant terwijl engels geen probleem zou zijn.
