The location was awesome to where we were going.

The queen bed was really soft so my husband slept in the double and I slept in the single. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

it had what i needed at the time

the room was comfortable had everything I needed. it was clean and serviced daily. The staff were friendly. i managed to get a parking in the basement each time, however, can get full.

the bed was too soft, very little support. i asked if they had firmer bed/mattress and they said no. My room was right by the pool, so it got a bit noisy at times. there was also a guest who opened the fire escape door, smoked and let that fill the passage, so smelled for the rest of the evening. no alarm on the fire door that when it was opened for no reason that it sounded.

Bed was awesome , but we didn't know how to turn the power on and get the wifi working. A note in the room would have been helpful instead of having to go back down to reception. But the staff where lively

Immaculate and well presented facility inside and out, after staying near Auckland Airport the night before in a similar priced unit which was a sham and appalling this location was welcome. Spacious room, easy parking, staff friendly and it was. Dry clean and quiet.

Bed was uncomfortable Fire alarm was covered Bed headboard wasn't attached so knocked the wall when moving. No plug beside Bed to charge phone. Spa bath wouldn't fill due to a small plug letting out water. Towels were so small.

Nice big window that had a sunny and leafy outlook. Peaceful.

Not enough power points in convenient areas. Especially at the desk where there was nowhere to plug in a laptop or charger. Only one reading light on one side of the bed. The covers on the bed were scratchy and the fillers were thin and not very warm.

The basement parking was a pleasant surprise. Location was amazing for the purpose of my stay (hockey), and the room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything required.

Street appeal was off-putting, but entering the facility was a very pleasant surprise. Staff help was hard to come by...waited quite some time to check in, couldn't get electrics to work in the room (not a frequent traveler/very tech minded) so a little more education/demonstration on arrival would have been appreciated. Spent further time waiting until asking another guest for help. No bedside lights - first world problem I know, but like reading before bed without having to get up again.

The shower was brilliant, location was good, very quiet at night, the staff were very friendly.

The bed didn't have enough bedding (only a thin sheet and duvet) or electric blanket as it is Winter I literally froze the first night, I had to ask for another blanket. The heat pump makes a clicking sound so I couldn't leave it on.....the room was cold.

Location has limited dining options. The attached restaurant was Korean. We had never eaten Korean and told the wait staff this. Bit received no help in understanding the menu. Decor and facilities a little tired.
