Good ambiance.

Clean, functional, staff speak English, wifi works well. Location is good near Kaohsiung station, there’s a nearby night market with delicious food. Overall would recommend.
No milk is offered with breakfast, and it’s a bit old it could do with a renovation (but it’s well maintained and everything worked well). The area is not very nice aesthetically but looks a but residential, it felt safe.

We stayed in this hotel from 09-14 May 2026 and we like the location since it's just a 5 minutes walking distance to Kaohsiung Main Station which is very convenient for us. There were also several 7-11 and Hi-life for snacks and other necessary things that you needed. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful especially the housekeeping staff.
We stayed in this hotel from 09 May 2026 up to14 May 2026 and from our 1st breakfast on 10 May 2026 up to 14 May 2026, the breakfast were all the same and there was no variety. The wifi also in our room is horrible, I have to go outside the door and connect to the 6th floor wifi to get a better connection which is very inconvenient for me. The floor of the elevator is also damaged. Furthermore, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste included in the room, this is a basic necessity included in almost all hotel accommodation. I ask the staff in the reception and she said I can buy from them.
